Blimps In The Military

In 1933 the Zeppelin was used by Germany to bring people from Frankfort to Brazil. By WW1 blimps were being phased out in battle. WW2 saw the use of only a few blimps but not many. Now to the present and the blimp is making a comeback. It is cheaper to use than a drone. Drone cost $8,000 an hour to keep in the air, blimps only $1,000. Equipped with new technology the blimp is floating command vehicle. It will feature a supercomputer, cameras and listening devices. Some of the new blimps can stay in the air as long as six months, getting its power from solar panels. So I would like to know who is the commander of this blimp Nick Fury?
