Marine Work Out Routine
1. Sandbag Squat
2. Sandbag Deadlift
3. Dumbbell Clean and Press
4. Dumbell Swing
5. Pullups
6. Front Squat to push Press
7. Pushups
8. Side Bridge
8 to 10 reps for each exercise. Double them as the weeks go on. It is a 4 week challenge.
